Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement, you may not access or otherwise use this site. US Land and Lakes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting.

1. The information on this site is timely and subject to land availability and price fluctuation. Catawba Shores Estates reserves to change the prices of its lots/land without notice. Catawba Shores Estates does not make any guarantee on the property it sells unless specifically provided at time of purchase. All titles and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. The materials used and displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and artwork, video, music and sound, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, except where noted, are the property of US Land & Ranches or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Catawba Shores Estates. Catawba Shores Estates will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this site, but makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

NEITHER US Land & Ranches NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVE OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THIS SITE.
